CENTRAL REGISTRATION

PRHC’s Central Registration office (formerly Admitting) is up and running just inside the hospital’s main entrance. If you have an upcoming appointment at one of the clinics listed below, you will need to register at the Central Registration office before going to the clinic for your appointment.

  • Cath Lab

  • Diabetes

  • Diagnostic Imaging:

    • Bone Density
    • Fluoroscopy
    • Interventional Radiation
    • MRI
    • Nuclear Medicine
    • Ultrasound
    • Vascular
    • X-Ray

  • Endoscopy

  • Genetics

  • Hematology

  • Medical Outpatient

  • Ontario Telemedicine Network

  • Orthopedic physiotherapy/RAC/Cast Clinic

  • Pediatric Outpatient (POP)

  • Physiatry

  • Pulmonary function/EEG

  • Surgical Outpatient

  • Rehabilitation Therapies, including Pulmonary Rehab, Hand Therapy Clinic, Amputee Clinic, Stroke Clinic

  • Renal

Central Registration Hours of Operation

  • 6:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m. daily
  • 6:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. on weekends and statutory holidays

If you are not sure whether you need to go to Central Registration when you arrive at the hospital, please speak with a PRHC Volunteer at the information desk.

Cashier’s Office

The cashier office is located within Central Registration, just inside the main entrance, and will be open Monday to Friday from 8:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m., excluding holidays.

PRHC will continue to take payments as follows:

  1. MyChart
  2. Online through most chartered banks or local credit unions
  3. Locked drop-box, located just outside the cashier window
  4. Credit card by calling 705-876-5026.
