The Integrated Stroke Unit at Peterborough Regional Health Centre (PRHC) is a 30-bed unit that is dedicated to providing both acute and rehab care for patients who have been diagnosed with a stroke.

The care team on the Integrated Stroke Rehab unit has special training in stroke care. Your care team includes:

  • Physicians

  • Nurses

  • Physiotherapists

  • Occupational Therapists

  • Speech Language Therapists

  • Registered Dietitians

  • Rehabilitation Assistants

  • Pharmacists

  • Social Workers

  • Community Partners
